Condition Grading (1–10)
9–10: Deadstock or nearly there. Barely touched.
7–8: Light wear. Creasing, fading — character, not damage.
5–6: Lived-in but solid. Still flippable, honest about the miles.
Below 5: We don't carry it. Period.
